Self Mission Statement

Ever since we have been able to reach the moon, the saying “the sky is the limit” left me feeling boxed in, making me believe that I can be successful to a certain extent. I want to take my talents and skills above and beyond the moon.

In order to do so, I have gone through many difficult ordeals in my life both personal and experiential. These ordeals have evolved me from the timid and quiet person I used to be, into an ambitious outgoing go getter who takes all the negativity thrown at me into something outstanding and positive. I have been told to my face that I wouldn’t be able to succeed, I have been put down by peers and industry professionals that I would not be able to make it. I have gone through the abusive, negative, and hostile environments that have given me the strength to go against those norms.

Because of these experiences in my life, I have promised that wherever I go, wherever I work, whatever I open, to always keep a high moral and positive environment. To ensure that employees are happy, safe, and have the comfort of giving an opinion and being heard in the work place. To always believe that tomorrow will be a fulfilling day of positive work ethics, creative and talented people who work for the same goal, to promote understanding, to eliminate management vs. employee’s mentality, and most important; to enjoy the work we do day in and day out.

I am Johnattan M. Morales, and I always will be, your industry professional!
